Her ability to clearly and concisely explain what to expect made the process much less daunting! Caitlin was patient and thorough making sure I felt confident in my decisions, and her communication and dedication to my search really proved she had my best interests in mind. She went above and beyond helping me understand what may or may not be realistic fixes in homes I was considering, and her knowledge really shone through. I never felt rushed or pressured with my search and it was very evident her goal was to help me find my ideal home, not just close a sale. She was there to help me understand my home inspection, make decisions with insurance, and has provided support even after close.
