Caitlin is an amazing realtor and an even better person. She was able to help us navigate the chaos that is selling and buying a home. We had so many questions and she never hesitated to answer them thoroughly and quickly. I can’t suggest Caitlin enough if you’re looking for a realtor who truly listens to your needs and does everything she can to get you your dream home!

Caitlin was a wonderful realtor. She listened to our concerns and took our opinion into account when we decided on the listing price for our home. She was very responsive to all of our questions before the official listing was posted. The photographer she uses is incredibly talented and even had a drone to take overhead photos of our property. We decided not to do the virtual tour option but we could have since she has that connection. After the listing went live we had 8 showings over 3 days and accepted an offer by the end of the weekend. We moved out of state before the closing so Caitlin had everything sorted out for us before we left. It was a really easy process for us from start to finish. This was not the first home we have sold but it was probably the least stressful sale we have done thus far! I highly recommend working with Caitlin
