Brandon and his guys went well above the expectations we had for our project. Brandon was incredibly efficient, clean and very good at communicating. Our home needed to be graded around the foundation. Brandon and his guys removed a large concrete patio and all other existing hardscape in our backyard. They removed a chain link fence that had trees growing through it. They removed a whole maple tree, no stump left. They installed hard piping at all of our downspouts and added clean outs for future maintenance. They used a quality soil around the house particularly for our needs of shedding water away from the foundation. They graded the yard and have seen the results of their work with the rainfall we have had recently. I highly recommend using these guys. The other reviews also speak to the excellence of the work they do. So good. Beyond satisfied. Gave our boy a ride around the block in the skid loader too. Wish I had taken more photos to post!

We got 7 bids and Cains Construction really beat the rest when it came to cost and being clear on what was to be done. Since we were having grading work done things did change due to the huge tree stumps and the roots that popped up everywhere. But Brandon explained the situation clearly so we were not in the dark. We had a lot of water going into our crawlspace. After Cain's Construction completed the rest of the removal of our wood front porch and huge tree stumps. They got the drainage from the downspouts buried, the grading done and new sidewalk installed. Not to mention the rock garden wrapped around the house. We were more than happy. We never thought the curb appeal of our house could look this good! We have gotten a ton of compliments from neighbors and passers-by. The big plus is no more water in the crawlspace! Way to go guys. Brandon and his crew are very professional and efficient and they know what's best for the job! We would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys and we'll be calling you again for future work. I reached out to Brandon and his crew to finish a retaining wall my original contractor dropped. Brandon was very communicative, which my previous contractor lacked, and upfront about the project and timeline. He was able to start a week after my call and they got my wall up in 3 days ( if you don’t count the weekend and holiday). They got more work done in 6 hours than my previous contractor got don’t in 6 months. They are very knowledgeable, courteous of the property and our neighbors, kept the project area clean, and worth every penny. You can tell they enjoy what they do. These are your guys for whatever you are planning on doing. Just the best.

Brandon was spectacular to work with on our project. Initially he was a sub in our garage project and did all the demo, excavation and some concrete work. All done exceptionally well. We then hired him to install a retaining wall with versa block to help with grade differences at the property line and fix our drainage and grade in the yard. No more water in the basement! Brandon was quick, work was done exactly as discussed and stayed on budget. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping/grading and general construction work!

I had Cain's Construction install a French drain between my house and a neighbor's to solve water ingress problems we were both having in our basements. We shared the cost. Brandon Cain is punctual, professional, and willing to make adjustments to ensure you get what you need. His prices are very reasonable, too. He has absolutely earned a repeat customer in me, I'll have him back to do some landscaping improvements soon.

After our gravel drive was dug up for a plumbing issue it was a lumpy uneven muddy mess. Cain’s had it smoothed out with fresh gravel over a weed barrier in a day & a half. Brandon nailed all of my requirements and was even nice to the insane neighbor who tried to start trouble over permits. I’m so pleased with Cain’s that I’m starting a landscaping job with them.

Cain’s did a great job on my gravel driveway, looks like a million bucks :) Going to have them do some concrete work too, would definitely recommend! Responsive, shows up on time, returns calls, and does great work!

Cain’s prepared the building site for our pole barn. It was fairly extensive with concrete and tree removal then site leveling. Brandon was awesome all the way through the process. He gave us an accurate quote, clearly stated what would be done, communicated with us through the project, and walked over the finished site with us to make sure we were satisfied. We sailed through the builder inspections without issues. Looking forward to working with Cains again in the future.

Brandon and his crew is top notch! I would have no one other than Brandon and his crew do my work. They re-rocked my 1/4 mile driveway and added a circle drive that is awesome. They also put in a sidewalk around the house. We had a couple hiccups with the rv pad but Brandon made it right. Excellent service from these guys!

Brandon and crew installed a high-end in-ground basketball for us. They were all a customer hopes for: prompt, fast, and did quality work! Recommend them highly.
