FLEXIBILITY
How old are you now? If you're in your 30s, you may probably be able to even do complicated stretching or probably do this kind of pose. When you're in your 40s or over the age of 50, you may not be able to do a lot of stretching. You start to lose flexibility. There are tons of reasons to consider: NO TIME to exercise, a sedentary lifestyle, existing health conditions may prevent you from working out on your own, etc.
