Only does "big repairs" not little jobs like my $40 microwave that only needs a new mica plate. They are charging 60$ just to look at the microwave and assess it to see if it's even possible to fix, then they will charge you to fixing it. Smh. Hope this helps.

These guys were great. Totally professional. My refrigerator wasn’t working right. They came within 1/2 hour, diagnosed the problem, and explained it to me. Then, since I decided not to do the repair (I’ll get a new fridge), they charged me nothing.
