Amazing top notch service! From start to finish this crew of diligent, hard working guys, knocked out a full HVAC replacement, attic insulation, thermostat upgrade, and full cleaning all within just 7 hours! Juan, Leo, and Ricardo are incredibly polite, pet friendly, experienced, and extremely thorough with the care they put into servicing your home. Thank you Jake and Cactus Cooling & Heating Team for the commitment to traveling all the way from Dallas area to Temple to take care of my family home!

We were in the market to replace our 20-year-old HVAC system and we saw a bunch of signs in the neighborhood for Cactus so we checked them out. We liked that the owner, Marcelino, lives in our neighborhood so we knew we were dealing with a neighborhood business. They were friendly, professional, not pushy with the sale, and gave us several options for HVAC units at different price points to work with our budget. The installation and removal process was smooth and finished in one day—they were pros. They even installed a new smart thermostat. It hasn’t been cold enough for the heat to kick on but the A/C runs so much quieter and more efficient than it used to.
