My wife and I have bought and sold over 25 residential homes in our 79 years of life, and this sale was the best ever! Andrew has all the necessities of a great broker/agent, including people skills, knowledge of staging and presenting homes and vast experience. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with. Cabrillo Realty handled the sale of my rental unit where, during the buyers inspection, a water leak was detected. Andrew coordinated and communicated between the contractors, HOA and buyers to expedite the repairs and ensure we remained in escrow. I’m not sure we would have completed the sale if it wasn’t for Andrew. I highly recommend the Cabrillo group as they are present and on it when you may need them the most.

I have dealt with many realtors over the years, but Cabrillo Team Realty stands out as being different from the rest. Andrew and his team conduct themselves professionally – and will offer honest opinions and insights based on their extensive experience. It was refreshing to find a realtor who didn’t simply tell me what he/she thought I wanted to hear in order to simply get a listing signed. Moreover, and more significantly, Andrew really worked actively and put effort into selling my home. Andrew made constructive suggestions about improvements that he believed would help my home sell (and sell more quickly) – and he followed up by getting estimates, dealing with contractors, rearranging things, all while consulting with me every step of the way. I took advantage of the Cabrillo Concierge program – which seems too good to be true, but it’s just as advertised. The program provided the upfront funding for the improvements we agreed upon – and I just paid the funds back out of the closing proceeds (no additional fees or interest added). The willingness to effectively provide a no-interest loan to a seller is an indication that the Cabrillo Team is willing to invest in themselves and is confident that their suggestions and efforts will result in a quick sale. The process was not totally smooth, but real estate transactions seldom are. There was an issue during contract negotiations that arose from a misunderstanding and some miscommunication. Honestly, I was upset about the way this was initially handled. This is where Andrew and his team really showed their style. We were able to talk through the problem, and Andrew did his best to make sure that my position was understood and to suggest ways to come to a mutually-satisfactory resolution. Anyone can be good when things go smoothly – but it makes a difference to work with people who do their best to smooth out bumps when things do not go as expected. I appreciate all the work and effort that Andrew and his team put into actively selling my home and making sure that the process was as easy as possible for me. A particular shout-out also goes to his associate Samantha who was extremely efficient and in regular communication with me to update me on the status of our closing. Great experience. Received multiple offers within three days of showing in spite of other homes in our neighborhood remaining listed for longer periods. We made upgrades to our home, and their team did an excellent job with the listing. Professional photography and thoughtful description certainly played a big role. Our agent Andrew also offered solid guidance and suggestions while preparing our home for listing. Entire process was completed remotely with digital signatures which was extremely convenient for a hyper busy schedule as well. We listed on 2/14 and finalized the sell around 3/11 seamless and effortlessly.
