We recently completed the sale of our home with Andrew Behneman and his team from Cabrillo Realty. My wife and I have bought and sold over 25 residential homes in our 79 years of life, and this sale was the best ever! Andrew has all the necessities of a great broker/agent, including people skills, knowledge of staging and presenting homes and vast experience. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with. Throughout, Andrew kept in touch regularly, and exceeded all of our expectations. Additionally, Sam was a real asset during the escrow. Look no further, it doesn't get better than this!

The question was "would I recommend Cabrillo Team Realty". My answer is, I already have. Chuck and his team are the finest at customer support I have ever worked with. A problem never came up that didn't get solved properly and never slowed the process. They are the best I could have hoped for to get through the sale of my home.
