We recently completed the sale of our home with Andrew Behneman and his team from Cabrillo Realty. My wife and I have bought and sold over 25 residential homes in our 79 years of life, and this sale was the best ever! Andrew has all the necessities of a great broker/agent, including people skills, knowledge of staging and presenting homes and vast experience. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with.
