I am giving a 3 star review Because the service department has been very helpful and if it weren't for them, I would be giving a one star review. The reason for the negative review is the salesperson we dealt with was horrible. He has no professionalism and you can tell.He is not a people person. After he sells you a car, if there's an issue he will avoid it or pushing off and keep telling you that he will get back to you the next day. What really got me was that yesterday I was trying to figure out how to go about getting a motor mount replaced on a used vehicle I purchased three weeks ago. After not hearing from him for hours, i reached out to the service department myself to address the issue. Then my salesperson said that they would take care of me and to bring the vehicle in and bring it up front and drop the keys off, however, while I was walking into the building, I received a phone call from the service advisor and he told me that I could just pull it back and he would help me out. My salesperson's name is JC his business card reads juancarlos and he was heading to lunch so I figured since the service advisor told me to pull it up, everything was fine. 4 hours later, I receive a text message from JC asking who I left the keys with, and when I told him then I already had gotten taken care of and they had already brought my car back to me. He said that he was confused and asked, who worked on my car. I told him I did not know but I was told by the service advisor to pull it to the service bay. JC had the nerve to respond to me and tell me word for word "that was not what I told you to do. But okay". That to me is very unprofessional. He also responded four hours after he told me to drop my keys off Which shows that I wasn't even a priority because nobody takes a four hour lunch. Be very careful buying a used vehicle from them, they claim to do a 31 point inspection. However, my air cabin filter was disgusting and I had worn motor mounts. Although the motor mounts were addressed the loopholes, I had to jump through and the lack of help for my salesperson is the reason for the three star review. Besides that, I really do like the car. I just wish that the people were a little more pleasant.

I had dreaded going through the car buying ordeal but Nikki made it painless - even pleasant. She was not pushy in the least. She was patient, honest, warm, and a great listener! I felt that she worked hard to get a deal that worked for me. She also made the process go much faster than expected while totally working around my schedule. Hector in finance was also kind and personable as he explained details in a very down to earth way. From a woman’s perspective (and of the silver variety), I didn’t feel patronized or that anyone was trying to take advantage of my car buying inexperience. And I’m totally enjoying my Sporty Kia Sportage!!
