I was happy that on request I received a text notification of the vehicle make and reg plate.
The cab arrived on time although I feel it was perhaps a tad pricey but I'm not from this way.
They quoted £80 to Sheerness at around midnight, it was the first time being asked to pay right away (didn't expect this) and he put an extra £2 on which I didn't like to ask about.
Overall though a pleasant comfortable ride.

Booked a taxi weeks in advance for 3oclock pick up.
Rung up to confirm and double checked the booking, made sure this didn’t conflict with school timings.
They rung up on the day, a guy named Adam said they couldn’t do 3 o’clock and we had to leave early or they would be here a minimum half hour after.
Truly not good customer service when we chose a certain time, and double confirmed. No apologies or care about the confirmation and effort made to book this in advance.
