Cab Direct Canterbury Taxis

I was happy that on request I received a text notification of the vehicle make and reg plate. The cab arrived on time although I feel it was perhaps a tad pricey but I'm not from this way. They quoted £80 to Sheerness at around midnight, it was the first time being asked to pay right away (didn't expect this) and he put an extra £2 on which I didn't like to ask about. Overall though a pleasant comfortable ride.

Booked a taxi weeks in advance for 3oclock pick up. Rung up to confirm and double checked the booking, made sure this didn’t conflict with school timings. They rung up on the day, a guy named Adam said they couldn’t do 3 o’clock and we had to leave early or they would be here a minimum half hour after. Truly not good customer service when we chose a certain time, and double confirmed. No apologies or care about the confirmation and effort made to book this in advance.

So amazing a great taxi company. The friendly customer service, over the phone and our driver was so lovely and chatty - just really nice people. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Very professional and super swift service. We will definitely use them again, when we are here. Highly recommend!!🙃 driver number 36

Excellent service.... had a health appointment where I needed Cab Direct to get there...unfortunately the health appointment took longer than expected and the person involved wasn't very helpful with giving exact times etc which made things difficult but Cab Direct were brilliant...my apologies for the difficulties but their service was much appreciated and went above and beyond 😀

I always use this taxi service and never have an issue. Until last week pre booked taxis were arriving 20mins late, I was told to book earlier to avoid delay because of traffic but when I have asked my work colleagues (who live by me) how the traffic has been on their journey, it appears no trafffic issues. Also upon calling to pre book I can hear the conversations in the background saying ‘ohhh it’s the 8:40’ I have never had an issue with this timing before last week. Operator woman very friendly and the owner also, as I say I have been using them for years and not had problems hence 4 stars

Absolutely brilliant company. We needed a vehicle to take relative in his static wheelchair to and from hospital, the vehicle was brilliant for getting the wheelchair with relative seated in it in and out with ease and the driver went out of his way to miss potholes etc which made the journey smooth for my relative, we all felt safe. He helped at both ends and didn't hurry us, he was so kind, well done driver No6. I would highly recommend this company based on our journeys today and would defiantly use them again. Price was good also but you couldn't put a price on the excellent service, fantastic.

Our driver was very polite and helpful. However, the vehicle’s brakes were quite sharp and my wife ended up with back ache after the 3 hour drive. Probably would have been better with a different vehicle.
