Mr. Gerald McWilliams is a great business man. He responded the same day and gave me the estimate within the discussed time frame for a large tree removal. He was my only estimate but I was told it was a great price! The next day he fit my job in and was done in no time, the yard was all cleaned up and looking good. He was kind enough to work with me on making two payments because I had bank issues. I did not expect that level of customer service and I greatly appreciate him. Mr. Gerald has taken care annually of the 4 oak trees, 2 pecan trees, and 1 pine tree in my yard ever since I bought my Houston house in 2000 & our friends/neighbors/pet sitters recommended him & his company. I call Mr. Gerald every June to ask if any of the trees need trimming before the hurricane season. He gives me his recommendations knowing that I look for safety & cost. Superior service! A few months ago recommended removal of large vines that were choking the life out of my trees, I took his advice and let him and his team perform the job and now those trees have grown in lush and beautiful! I can’t be more grateful. Also just hired for pre-hurricane trimming. Will hire for all of my tree needs!
