Few know that this majestic land in Northwest Vietnam, nestled at the northernmost frontier of the country, is also home to exceptional Arabica coffee. C.O.C Coffee embarked on its journey here in 2014.
Here, on gently sloping hills at a modest elevation (700-1200m), local farmers skillfully adopt organic farming methods, leveraging the region’s unique natural conditions: high latitude and significant temperature variations between day and night.
Coffee plants thrive under the shade of towering acacia trees, naturally resisting pests and accumulating nutrients, fostering a sustainable ecological environment. It's a testament to the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the local farmers.
The coffee beans from Điện Biên, harvested and processed under strict standards by C.O.C Coffee’s partner farms, preserve their rich, original flavors and distinctive regional characteristics. We work closely with these farmers, sharing knowledge and techniques to ensure the highest quality and a sustainable future for their communities.
