[ Coffee Cupping ]
The journey of tasting Vietnamese coffee flavors takes place every Saturday morning at C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee.
On the morning of Saturday, May 20, 2023, the cupping samples included:
• Robusta Arovin - Gia Lai (scored 83.83 by CQI)
• Robusta with Pineapple Enzyme and Honey - Lam Ha
• Robusta Triple Fermented - Lam Ha
• Robusta Green Morning - Kontum
• Blend sample of 3 regions: Robusta Daklak - Kontum - Pleiku (named Lakonku - cute and easy to remember but cannot be shaken 🙂 )
It's a bit shocking that all the samples this week were Robusta, but it's an opportunity to taste the coffee flavors from the beginning of the country in Ha Giang to the end of the country in Ca Mau.
Cupping is also a connection between people who are passionate about coffee and adjusting for each other to have a basic evaluation of coffee to drink every day.
Will there be all Robusta samples next week as well? Let's wait for the appearance of other samples in next week's cupping on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
