We would like to inform you that C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee will be closed in the morning on Saturday, March 23th, 2024, for a cupping training session conducted by our dedicated team. This training is essential as we continuously strive for excellence in serving you the best coffee experience.

During the cupping training, our team will actively refine their skills and knowledge in the art of coffee evaluation and classification. They will explore different specialty coffees and refine their palates to better understand flavor profiles, aromas, and other essential aspects of assessing coffee quality.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Amazing Specialty Coffee (Saigon) for their generous sponsorship of a variety of coffee samples from around the world for our cupping session. Their support has been instrumental in enriching our training and expanding our understanding of the global coffee landscape.

Please note that our coffee shop will be closed in the morning on Saturday, March 23th, 2024. However, we will reopen in the afternoon (from 12:00), resuming our regular operating hours, and we are excited to continue serving you with exceptional coffee and service.
