We would like to inform you that C.O.C Legacy Specialty Coffee will have a morning off on Saturday, January 6th, 2023, for cupping training conducted by our dedicated team. This training is vital in our continuous pursuit of excellence in serving you the best coffee experience.

During the cupping training session, our team will be actively engaged in honing their skills and knowledge in the art of coffee evaluation and classification. They will be exploring different specialty coffees and refining their palates to better understand flavor profiles, aromas, and other essential aspects of assessing coffee quality.

As a result, please note that our coffee shop will be closed in the morning on Saturday, January 6th, 2023. However, we will be back to serve you in the afternoon, starting from our regular operating hours.
