C&M Septic and Plumbing

Thank you for your quick response to my septic issues. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience. They kept me informed and the prices were affordable. I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I hired C and M to come drain my septic tank for 400 which included locating the tank lid, digging it up to access it and a pump down. While at my house they recommended a drain field rejuvenation which would cost 2400. I was at work at this time while my wife was at home. I looked it up and it seem pretty complex, I agreed to it. They were not able to get to the second part of my tank to access the other lid due to my fence being over the top of that area.(my fault). I was told to remove the fence which was understandable. No problem. Was also told I had to dig up the ground and find the lid but he marked the area I should dig to later find out from the owner of C and M that this was the technicians responsibility not the homeowners. Now this is where I cant justify the expense of the drain field rejuvenation. He hooked up the same vacuum as the septic pump and ran it for 30-40 min and poured in 2 gallons of powder chemicals into the drain line. He was done and then told me i had to cover the tank back up and smooth out the ground. Again to find out this was his responsibility. The septic tank pump took 30-40 min to finish and so did the drain field pump. No difference except the 2 gallons of chemicals and if anything, much easier work for 2400? I called and asked him to explain and he could not justify this cost to me. He actually had the nerve to say how irritating customers are who call after the fact to ask questions (me) This pissed me off. No owner should say this to a customer. Please do your research and call more than one company and ask to explain their process and costs. I knew better and did not because i had a emergency and needed any company to come out ASAP. I do believe a drain field rejuvenation is a great thing to have done! But not their process for 2400. Could you justify the same amount of work for each job but one cost 5 times as much? Oh they also claimed each jug of chemicals costs 500....no way. 1 Star review for calling me irritating for asking questions after the fact and being lied to about digging up my own tank lid and covering it back up when he was done when i did not have to and on top of the excessive cost for a simple quick job they could not justify to me.

Great experience with C&M Septic and Plumbing. From my phone call to the staff and the problem being repaired. Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

After getting quotes from 3 other companies, C&M came in both the Lowest pricing and fastest availability. We had them upgrade our CPVC to PEX and change us from electric to Natural Gas Tankless. They were 100% done in about 8 hours and their estimated savings was lower than the actual end result, my power bill comparing December 23 to December 24 dropped by $43 and the Natural Gas increased by $11. Not sure if you could use a free power bill each year in correlated savings but if you want to save $$$ I would recommend you reach out to C&M and chat with David. C&M has got me out of two complicated plumbing issues that other companies were turning down due to the difficult nature of the job. David has always been straight forward with me and the prices have been fair. The team that came out for this last job worked all day with zero complaints. Even with the complexities of the job and the long day I could tell they took pride in their work. Communication, efficiency, customer service and the end product have all been top notch with this company.

Shannon arrived quickly. Found the septic tank and did an amazing job of getting everything cleaned out. He took extra Care to make sure everything was as it was when he left. The price was very reasonable and I will recommend this company to anybody. Job well done. Thank you.

We have used C&M in the past and have been pleased. However this time not so much. We were having a problem with our float switch and was referred to their plumber. We were in contact with him all week about the date and time of the service (midday Friday) but as of 4:30pm the plumber was a no call and no show. We did inform C&M that we were making other arrangements, the response was “ok”.

Very satisfied with the work, effort and time the crew put in to find, evaluate and repaired the issues with my septic tank and drain-field. They did a great job and followed through to the end. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Reasonable priced for the work and effort that was put in.

C&M was very quick to answer my calls after a major storm. They came and diagnosed my septic problem and had it repaired in what I feel was very timely considering the destruction of the storms. Their pricing is very reasonable and Shannon explained exactly what was needed done and why. His pictures were worth a thousand words. I can’t thank him enough.
