C & K Electrical were excellent to work with. They were professional, affordable, timely and very nice. They gave me an estimate and were able to complete the work within a short time of when I initially contacted them. I highly recommend them.

C&K fixed several items in my house in Manchester. Outdoor junction box for hot tub, outdoor stanchion, interior bathroom light fixture, doorbell, installation of new LED light array over washer/dryer. They got it all done in half a day. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism, speed and sincerity of working with C&K. Due to multiple storms and power outages we experienced severe electrical surges, which damaged our electrical panel and circuit breakers. We put in an emergency call and Adam arrived very quickly to address the issue. After a bit of trouble shooting, it was determined that we would need to replace our system. All members of the team involved were well spoken and educated. They were able to do a large portion of the job on day one and leave us with power overnight, then return the next day to complete the project. I highly recommend Adam and Chris to anyone and everyone for the electrical needs.

C&K Electric are awesome to work with! We recently renovated our basement and we chose C&K do handle the electric after speaking with several area electricians. For starters, Adam came out to assess our space and was thorough in his approach, offering up suggestions for heating and lighting. A majority of the work was done by Kristian – this guy knows electrical like nobody’s business! He takes his time to understand what your looking to do and he completes his work neatly. In fact, we had a mess of wires in one corner of our basement that were all entwined from so many changes over the years. He was able to organize and neaten this area up – looks better than it did when we first bought the house. Finally, Don (one of the owners) stopped by early on to meet us, check out the area being finished off, and dropped by- again toward the end of the project. He’s hands on and even assisted with some of the last few items to be completed. If your planning any type of project that requires wiring, you should give these guys a call.

C and K upgraded my system to 200 amp. Very professional, I highly recommend them. They coordinated Eversource and inspection to limit power outage, and stayed late to ensure it was only a partial day. Professional, highly experienced, and gladly answered every question I had. Great workers. Great people.

We contacted C&K electric for our Google nest thermostats that were not working properly. They sent a very nice technician who checked a bunch of things but was ultimately unable to resolve our issue because as he stated it's an HVAC issue, not an electrical issue. Since day one we inquired about what this was going to cost and he was unable to give us any information and stated we needed to contact the office. We contacted the office and the office told us they were still putting our paperwork together and was unable to quote us at that time. The tech had to leave early for his own appointment and came back the next day to continue checking. We followed the same steps as advised and still wasn't given a quote. In this time he changed 2 unrelated light switches and still wasn't able to figure out our issue. By the end of the week we received a bill for $400 which the bill states is for 2 days of diagnosis. After getting the bill I spoke with Don and despite the fact they didn't actually correct our issue he was harsh and completely unwilling to work with us on the price. I can understand paying for at least one day but we signed nothing and were completely unaware of what we were being billed. I now have to hire a HVAC tech to fix the issue they charged me for and was unable to resolve. Their tech gets 5 stars but one star is the minimum it would allow me to put for Don. Tldr; bad business practice, no communication of price despite following the steps they asked me to follow, couldn't fix the issue and still charged for days of diagnosis. I am still willing to work out a fair price with the company for work actually done. *****3 month post service update*****I contested the charge with the bank and the bank found our case valid and the bank awarded me my money back. After the review and before being awarded the money Don reached out to my wife to try to have her remove my review. ******

It was very easy and enjoyable to do business with both the electricians and office staff at C&K Electrical. They ran all new wiring for our two HVAC units, connected our generator, and automatic transfer switch. The wiring is neat and the inspector liked their work. The electricians cleaned up after each job and were very respectful of our home. We will definitely use them again for our next project!
