C&D Auto Body

Have been to C&D twice, once to get a full body respray of my 1987 Volvo 240, a couple years ago, and just recently to get a few dents and dings removed on my daily driver. They do terrific work and exceed expectations in terms of quality and service. I've worked with Jason (Estimator) both times and have had a great experience. He is very responsive and provides really useful advice and works with me from start to finish.

Really can’t thank this shop enough. Serge and Jason were super easy to work with - kept me updated the whole time and were just genuinely kind people. The technician Darwin did an amazing job on the car. The work was clean, the paint came out great, and the car drives like it did before the accident - maybe even better. You can tell they actually care about the cars that come through, not just getting them out the door. I’m seriously grateful they worked with me on everything. I’ll be coming back if I ever need anything else done.

Customer service at the front desk is great but the mechanic and estimator tried to claim my car as a total loss ; instead of working with me to find a reasonable and affordable solution . My car mainly had cosmetic damage to the front end and POSSIBLE suspension frame replacement . As a certified Chevrolet auto body shop, they pretty much only install new parts that can be warranted by Chevrolet standards ; causing repairs to be top dollar . Being located in College Park Maryland , down the street from THE University of Maryland, Im sure thats how they make sure to secure top dollar customers . There is nothing wrong with using used and / or refurbished parts as long as they fit and doesn’t compromise the car’s quality of safety . I wouldn’t recommend these folks if you are working on a budget or trying to prevent a total loss . It may cost extra money and time to tow to another body shop for another estimate , but it’s worth it . Don’t let anybody talk you into scrapping your car unless it is absolutely unable to be driven .

Overall my family has been bringing all of there cars here for collision repair and I have to say this is legitimately the best body shop in College park! We have been using this company for years and recently got a Mercedes and they have done incredible work just like the rest of the cars that have been serviced here. Again thanks for the consistincy in work and a collision center like this deserves the shout out as you don’t receive service like this anymore from and industry. I give all the recommendations for anyone looking for collision repair in Beltsville college park or surrounding areas. Customer for life thanks again

Came here to get my Versa repaired. Staff were very communicative and friendly. They were patient and answered all questions I had. They got the repairs done quickly and the car looks great. I appreciate that they also cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Would highly recommend this body shop.

C&D Auto Body is absolutely great! They did an excellent job on my car and made the whole process smooth. The quality of their work is exceptional, and my car looks brand new again. A special mention to Chris, Amanda, and Serge, who were professional, friendly, and kept me updated the entire time. I really appreciated the honesty and care shown throughout. I can’t believe I didn’t leave a review the first time I had repairs done here! They are amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They give honest realistic timelines and they always over deliver. I just had my 26 Passport in after an accident and was warned it could take a while to get the parts since it’s so new. I appreciated the honesty and expectation setting. They were able to get the parts the next week and I had my car back a week later!

C & D personnel attended to my tire problems very quickly; in fact, not only did they solve the problem but they also improved my tire situation--all in 24 hours (including overnight, so just a few hours of labor). When an adjustment was needed, they attended to it once again within one hour, even though their lot was completely filled with countless cars to be served. The personnel are friendly, professional, and competent. I certainly recommend C & D.

My front bumper got damaged and I was referred to C&D Auto Body. They definitely are the best in business from my experience, along with the professionalism shown to me throughout getting my car repaired. Serge and the staff were great with communication, and flexible with my schedule to find the best timeframe to get everything done. Serge and Amanda were very professional. They got my car out much earlier than the anticipated date. They went above and beyond and fixed minor issues with paint all for free. I’ll be sure to return to C&D for all my future car work.
