When I called friday afternoon they sent sent some one out on by Monday to come out to see water heater.They were prompt. Elijah was sent out he is very professional and knowledgeable at explaining what was wrong with water heater. Was very satisfied. I give them a 5 star!!! I recommend them good service!

The tech came out when the office said they would. They did an assessment and walked me through what needs to be done, including replacement parts and a new clean out trap. I was told about the process like when signatures would be needed from me and how the estimate would arrive by email.

Showed up promptly. Was very polite and informative. Helped me understand what was going on with my water heater and what needed to be done to fix it and how they were going to ensure that I didn't have the same issue again.

They explained the situation in detail, provided multiple different options and recommendations, then proceeded to get everything fixed quickly so my family could have hot water throughout the weekend. Could not be more pleased with the care, consideration and overall professional attitude of this company. We had a 20 plus year old hot water heater that was in need of replacement. After having multiple companies out for estimates, we contacted C.C. &Son’s. A tech was out within the hour for an estimate, which by the way was really competitive and reasonable. On install day everything went completely smoothly, Elijah was out even before our appointment time and had the water back on in time for dinner. I would absolutely recommend this fantastic company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Had a leaky faucet so I figured, replace both. CC & Son's gave me an estimate over the phone so no wasting my time and charging me if I don't like their price. But they did the job for nearly half of what others wanted and did a great job. Not a relative/friend. Just a satisfied customer.

Great professionalism and attention to detail. I’ve had multiple plumbers come for the same issue with no answers or resolutions. They were able to create a detailed plan forward and provide some optimism that our problem will soon be fixed.
