UPDATE: After the initial incident I went in to talk to management about the ordeal and to see if they would provide a more realistic estimate. They sent out a new plumber who was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and provided a new estimate for only the drain and then returned Monday to complete the job and did a great job. They made sure to call and keep us updated on his estimated arrival. Thanks Original review (modified): I'm very disheartened with this company. We called to have them come out and fix our kitchen sink drain pipe as it came disconnected under the house. It appears that it was never glued. Since it was already disconnected, I asked if it could be moved to the left 6 inches so it didn’t interfere with our new sink cabinet. The plumber that came out provided a quote for the job in addition to a few other quotes of other things he thought needed to be done (nearly $20K). However, he would not fix the sink drain and instead quoted it would cost $2,700 to move the pipe 6 inches and reconnect! So I asked instead of moving it can he just hook it back up and make sure it is glued. He said no, there was too much work to be done. I proceeded to ask what work and he said there is other work that needed to be done. I asked for an explanation, and he said that there is a Y in the drain that needs fixing. We went back and forth on explanations of why the drain can’t just be reconnected like it was. He stood there with a smile on his face, looking me in the eye and said, "it doesn’t work that way it just can’t there is too much work that needs to be done." I call bullshit! He bold face lied to me...with a smile. That does not sit well with me. That pipe clearly would have gone right back into the drain pipe and there is clearly nothing wrong with that Y connection. In addition, he even went as far as putting on his suit and claimed he went under the house. I watched him, he put it on and walked around the house and never went under there to look at anything. The cobwebs at the opening are still in tact with all the dust. How did a $300 job turn into $2,700?!?!

Edelmar Morales and coworker came to pump out my septic tank. It was very easy to book online. They were on time, very professional, super nice and was the best price out of 3-4 others that I contacted. If you are in the Wilson area I highly recommend C & M plumbing and septic!! Thank you guys!
