Rich did a very thorough inspection on the house. He was very professional, took time to answer questions, provided detailed information on what needs to fixed and provided contacts to other contractors. Thanks to him we found out the house had a sewer line blockage that needed to be addressed before making a decision. Would recommend Richard to family and friends.
