⭐ 1 Star I test-drove the BYD Seal 6 here, and after 14 days, I still haven’t received my deposit refund. I’d like to warn other potential customers to be careful before placing any deposit. Most car dealerships no longer require a deposit just to process a loan, but here, customers seem to get “trapped” after the test drive. It’s very disappointing — the initial service appeared professional, but the refund process is slow and unclear.
