Our flight was delayed and arrived after midnight. Dillon and By You Taxi was flexible and waiting for us when we got out of the terminal with our luggage. His communication was absolutely amazing. Taxing out of Grand Rapids late we texted him about another Tarmac delay. Again, he was polite and didn't think twice about the now second revised time. His vehicle was clean and immediately upon entering the vehicle he asked what temperature we would like for his climate control; so thoughtful! Car was odor free and clean which is important to us. The conversation on the way to our residence was pleasant and positive. He asked if we had exact change as we were paying cash and if not he could stop to accommodate that. We tipped him and it was still less than an Uber, Lyft or anyone else we checked. We'll use him in the future as we're all for supporting small local businesses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

It was perfect. He picked me up on time and he was there when I needed a return ride. I will use him again. The car was immaculate. His manners were superb and he kept making sure that I was fine. I wasn’t too cold or too warm and he kept up conversation. It was wonderful.
