BW Appliance Repair

Adam did a great job fixing our dishwasher and checking out our oven range. He was extremely responsive and very reasonable rates. Saved us a ton of money by quickly fixing the dishwasher when others said we’d have to replace. Unfortunately the mice chewed the range wires so it was dangerous and couldn’t be repaired. BW appliance repair and their staff are amazing! Not only are their prices for the parts and fees super reasonable, they definitely don’t over charge! I called and spoke with Becky on a Saturday evening after calling over a dozen places. She talked me down off of the ledge because I was so stressed since our 3 yr old fridge (with over $600+ of food) decided to stop working. She told me what needed to be done and calmed me down and made me feel as if she cared… which a lot of the other places did not. Mind you, she does not fix the appliances, She handles the scheduling and office stuff but she asked me a few questions and told me to unplug it and let it sit to thaw for 12 hrs and to plug it back in …sure enough the next morning it turned back on. That bought me some time to be able to use the fridge until one of their Repair techs could make it here. In between their busy schedule one of the repair techs came out to look at it. Adam was Polite and punctual, and looked it over thoroughly. The part only cost $15!!! The diagnostic fee/labor fee was the cheapest that I’ve ever heard of! This whole experience with them has made me not want to go anywhere else! I will always trust BW appliance repair and their staff with all of our appliances!

Becky answered the phone when I called. She was friendly, thorough, and sympathetic. She was able to fit me in pretty quickly. I really liked that she answered on my first try. I was actually able to fix my machine so I didn't need my appointment after all.

We have used BW Appliances several times now. First time was to repair our under the counter ice maker, second time was to replace our garbage disposal. We recently had an issue with our washer, I called to set up an appointment, and the lady that answered the phone asked me what it was doing or not doing, so I told her and they were completely honest and up front with me about how much the part would be and then the labor. She told me with the age of my washer ( it was old) that they can come out and repair it if I wanted them to, but honestly I would be better off in the long run to buy a new one. So I asked her a few questions about new ones, she was extremely helpful with going over different brands and features. I was so impressed how she went above and beyond to help me, as they only repair not sell appliances. I highly recommend BW Appliance to all my friends and family. Called and made an appointment. Matt called and showed up when he said he would. Very professional and fixed my dishwasher and fridge.

Becky was the best person that I could’ve ever talked to about our repairs. She provided more help than I could’ve ever imagined anybody would be willing to provide. The combination of her and Adam working with us to provide my family with everything necessary made working with my home warranty company a lot less stressful. These people are very knowledgeable about what they do and they actually care about the customers that they’re working for. I would recommend this company for any job!

I cannot emphasize how friendly and professional BW Appliance Repair have been in all of my interactions with them. A less reputable vendor could have taken advantage of our situation and pushed a complicated repair. Instead, a simple inexpensive solution and all is good. I would recommend BW to any of my neighbors.

We used BW appliance to repair our 7 year old Whirlpool fridge that went out on us. We called a few other places, and BW was able to get us in the quickest (squeezed us in two days after calling during a very busy appliance season). They answered both times we called (first for service, another time the following week to change the contact number they had for us). On the day of appointment, BW called when about 10-15 minutes out. It was a quick and efficient diagnosis ($100 fee), needing a new control board. He ordered the part ($250ish) and gave us his best guess of when it would arrive based on ETA given my the distributor. He even checked another to see if it could come in sooner. Part came in sooner than expected. His office gave us a call the same day the part arrived and scheduled us for the following afternoon for the fix. Fix only took a few minutes, and our fridge started cooling immediately. BW Appliance was professional every step of the way. They also showed genuine concern that we had no fridge with two little kids and got us fixed as soon as they possibly could. I greatly appreciated their kindness and have already recommended them to others who also now have their fridge out. Thanks to them we were only without a fridge for a week and two days. Other companies couldn’t even come out for diagnostic for 1-3 weeks, based on 3 others we called. Hopefully we won’t need appliances repaired again soon but if we do, I’ll definitely be calling them again.

Our refrigerator started getting warm - still cooling but warmer than it should have been. I called another company and was given appointment for a week later. Not wanting to wait that long, I submitted an online request with BW Appliance Repair. I received a follow up call less than an hour later and was given an appointment for the following day. BW showed up, as scheduled and earlier than quoted, thawed our frosted fridge and quickly diagnosed the problem. Four days later, they came back with the replacement for the failed part and completed the repairs. We are so pleased with the response, sense of urgency and professionalism from BW. When appliance issues come up in the future, we no longer need to look for a service company. BW Appliance Repair is our "go to" company without question!

This man is amazing! When my fridge went out Adam came and got it cooling immediately with no trouble!! I appreciate his motive to be quick and efficient with his work, especially during these hot summer days!
