Cannot recommend Buzz recovery service highly enough. Me & my son got a flat to our BMW i3 (with no spare) on a Sunday evening. Excellent comms and only had to wait 25mins for collection. Recovery was well priced and very comfortable journey back home. Prompt, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Could not praise buzz recovery enough! After an unfortunate accident my Berlingo van was not drivable. Was picked up and my vehicle loaded onto their flatbed within 35 mins. Reasonable price considering I had to be taken back 50 minutes to my property. Driver was friendly and polite and offered me a bottle of water. Really happy with this company and will use again. 5/5. Early evening Sunday breakdown on M4 Jct 5. Imran responded immediately to my Google search for recovery. Polite professional very quick response 30 minutes and he was loading my car. Taken to my preferred repair garage. Highly recommended and very reasonable price. 5 * service

Omg I highly recommend these guys the brother was absolutely amazing he helped me alot was stuck in a very sticky situation and for what they charged was absolutely reasonable aswell,im just really glad I used them came so quick within 10-15 mins and delivered my car back to me on the drive. Excellent service. My SUV had to be recovered and it was parked at the bottom of a narrow drive. Great guy, prompt, professional and courteous service. Very helpful and very reasonable cost. Even brought his truck down my very narrow drive. I world definitely recommend him over all the others I have used in the past. I wish everyone offered the same level of service. He will always be the only one I call.

Amazing service from Imran. I called in the morning to get my car towed he then managed to get a slot on his calendar in the same day to take my yellow fiat 500 to the garage to be repaired. Superb experience all round. Clear comms from the initial phone call, clear indication of how long recovery would take to attend, once with me the driver was careful with my car - then taking me to a preferred drop-off. Price was reasonable too, especially given it was a Saturday afternoon 🤬

I was broken down in slough in my van, called Buzz recovery and they managed to tow me and my van home within 1 hour!!
