* Edit* We had Peter for our full house window clean inside and out. He was excellent, great communication on his arrival time, he was polite and did a great thorough job. He also went through and made sure he was happy with how everything looked which really showed he actually cared about his work. Great service from Peter. Also had booked for our kitchen/ lounge bathroom and toilet to be cleaned. We felt quite let down with the service we received from the man that did our cleaning. We booked him in for 9am, he showed up 40 mins late, and spent majority of the time he was in on and off the phone, and left an hour and 15 later with no communication from him that he wouldn’t be doing the carpet clean at the same time. Later got a call from the manager that the man would be back around 4.15pm ( which didn’t really work for us as we planned on having people over for dinner and why we booked for 9am). Had to message the manager about what was included in a standard clean as mirrors weren’t cleaned and lounge not even dusted and could not communicate with the man- man did this when he returned but wasn’t really done with care. He stayed until 7pm so had to cancel our dinner plans as he continued to go on his phone to call people for 10-15 mins at a time from 4-7pm. Bit of a shame as the window cleaning service was great. For a $430 clean, unfortunately felt like we could probably do the same job for the cleaning ourselves if we had the time especially since we had to follow up multiple times.. Hopefully feedback will improve service for others in the future.

We had Busy Bees clean our house and carpets when we were moving out of a rental property recently. They were so easy to deal with, on time and very thorough. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We use Busy bees in North Canterbury to clean 2 of our workshops. They're efficient, friendly and do a great job. Also very affordable and the owner does a lot of quality control which keeps the standards high. Highly recommended!

We use Busy Bees cleaning across 2 businesses, we have had them come in and clean carpets this week for the first time and very happy with the results. Carpets look great and was done in a timely manner.

Great communication and they turned up exactly when they said they would. The Windows sparkled and the kitchen and dining walls looked so fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend and will be using these guys again. A1!

Our lives changed once we found a reliable, quality cleaning service to take care of our home. We have been using this team fortnightly for over a year now and they are very easy to deal with and very responsive to any requests or feedback.

I do not recommend engaging with this company. We had a disagreement and settled in Disputes Tribunal at my loss, but their conduct was appalling. I’m writing this review to advise others to steer clear, find another cleaning company with better morals.

I've amended my previous 5-star review and reduced it to 4-stars. I've had many 5-star positive services from Busy Bees, but my most recent interaction was terribly one sided with not a single email response, and I withdrew my service request and sourced another cleaner. Usually great communication, polite interactions and great cleaners. My final interaction was unfortunate.
