AAAA ++++++++++++ drain cleaning company in the area. Came out to Osage MHP and cleaned out 60 feet worth of sewer line underground and was really professional and informative on the sewer line. Everyone else keeped skipping out and or coming and not finish the job right. I will recommend this company to everyone in the North Iowa area.

Sometimes, it can be daunting to trust someone's home to a stranger, not knowing if they will treat you honestly and as a person, or if they will look at you as your next paycheck. Ted is the professional you're looking for, for all of the right reasons. Yesterday, I called 9 different plumbers in the area, to receive no response, until I was lucky enough to get a hold of Ted, first ring. Ted scheduled me in as soon as I was available, and arrived on time. I had a sewage drain that was draining very poorly, as you can see from the water drying nearby in the photo. Ted proceeded with skill using multiple tools and approaches to diagnose and resolve the issue, persisting beyond the initial response most plumbers would tip their hat and tell you "it can't be fixed." His persistence to use professional skills, knowledge and craft to their fullest extent is what is offered at Busy Bee. I have a dry home, perfectly functioning drain and an impression I was unsure people today could still make. His professionalism is accompanied with great conversation. He carries a sense of pride in things that should matter to a person, between the family, the community, to life. Look no further, you've found your new plumber.

thank goodness for Busy Bee! i called them early on a sunday morning and they were there in an hour for our clogged drain! they pulled out a bunch of tree roots! great service and a really good price!

Ted did great work. Anymore it’s tough to even get a real person on the phone on a weekend. Not only did he answer the phone on a Sunday night when we had a back up in our septic he came out to the ranch and had everything buttoned back up within three hours of the initial call. That might seem like a long time but like I said it was at ten on a Sunday night and he drove from Mason city to Osage. Definitely keeping him at the top of the call list for emergencies.

Ted from Busy Bee came out when I had my sewer backing up late for a drain clog. It was an emergency for me and he treated it like his own emergency! He was speedy too

Ted runs a tight ship and clearly takes pride in his work. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to unclog my drain. You can tell he really cares about his customers he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and even gave me tips to help prevent future issues. Fair pricing, great service, and an honest guy. I'll definitely be calling Ted at Busy Bee again for any plumbing needs!
