Very sweet and kind service. I had a diamond replaced for my wedding band and I Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. They made my wedding ring look brand new and super sparkly all over again very satisfied customer here.

A little background, I sold 7.5 grams of gold ($3,300 spot price at the time) for $725. Not a bad rate on that so I came back with 10 grams a couple months later (again, $3,300 spot price), and the guy offers me $690 for it. $690 for 10 grams of gold is over 35% below today's spot price. That’s not just a lowball offer; it borders on predatory, especially from a professional jeweler who should know better. And here's their response: "We regret that our offer did not align with your expectations. Our pricing is based on market and what we are willing to buy items for, and if you opt not to sell the item to us, you are free to sell it independently to any other interested party." This company advertises themselves as giving the best prices for gold -- so that's false advertising. Also, how you conduct business is important. How you treat people is important. Being crooks -- in time this business is going to pay for that. That is, if it hasn't already...

Had some ongoing issues with my now wife’s ring. It was losing diamonds left and right and they would send it off and fix it every time for free. Eventually we decided we have had enough with that and opted to just go a different route with the ring. They were going to give a full refund or store credit whatever we decided. The ring and wedding band combo would have ended up costing more than the original and Richard worked with us on that to make everything feel right as he knew we were pretty upset with the quality of the original ring and the sentimental value. I feel the customer service received from him was excellent. Gives off the mom and pop vibe and appreciative of what he has done.

I got to get my engagement and wedding band here. I was adamant about supporting a local jeweler with the knowledge that they would be the best for post purchase maintenance, and care more about the overall process (I later found they were celebrating their 100th year anniversary- probably because of this niche) And I was exactly right! Took my rings in for resizing and to be sodded. Patrick taught me so much about diamonds, gold, and the strategic process they take with their pieces. No more lifting weights with my pretty diamonds :( I promised! Was able to get a silicone ring from them for such activities though. As if shopping for jewelry isn’t fun enough, his sweet lab, Molly, might be around for pets if you ask!

Went in to look for a ring for my husband, we were greated by a nice woman but eventually we AND her were overcome with the son of the store (owner) he was rude and I tried every possible moment to not listen to him. Then when we were deciding on rings for me and my husband his demeanor entirely changed and he all of a sudden became nice and started negotiating prices. We decided on rings for each of us, and he wrote down the prices and sizes of our rings on a card. Well a few days later my husband went in to pay and he told my husband he never said he would give those prices and he lost the order and even put in the wrong size for my husband's ring. We still have the card that he wrote. He ended up honoring his prices, we got our rings and when my husband went to pick them up when they were ready he AGAIN told him another WRONG price. He then didnt even offer him a box to put the rings in!!!!!!! My husband had to ask for one after spending so much money with them!!! Terrible customer service, will not be going to them ever again wich is unfortunate for them!

My rings were sized too small. Maybe because they didn’t size me properly. Instead, they sent a request for the same size as my solitaire for my enhancer ring. When it came back too small, they told me since it was their fault for messing up in the first place they’ll size me properly (half a size bigger on both rings) solder it, and put a rhodium finish free of charge. We discussed it being centered with a second set of brackets to align it. They promised to have it to back to me by the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I went in to see it was soldered sideways but this time the ring at least fit and the diamonds glistened beautifully. I was still disappointment, angry, and embarrassed for trusting them a second time to go home with a rookie mistake and no time left to make it right with another jeweler before all of my family saw the poor craftsmanship. I was livid! I will now have to get the ring and enhancer fixed with someone more qualified and who will do what I asked them to do. I do not recommend Burris. It wasn’t the end result I wished for. I thanked them for their services thus far and will never return.

If I could give them a no star rating I would. My husband gave me an expensive new watch this Christmas (not purchased from them) so we took it in to them to get a new battery put in yesterday. When they were done I looked at the back and seen that they had gouged and scratched the back of it terribly. I brought it to their attention and all she said was “well we had to get the back off”. No apology was given at all and no discount was offered. I thought they were supposed to be the professionals knowing how to do a simple battery replacement without damaging an expensive item. They will never get anymore business from me.

I went in today to see if they could fix a broken necklace. This necklace was not purchased by them and I haven't done business before, so I was preparing for them to tell me they couldn't do it. To my surprise he took it in the back and within 10 minutes had it all fixed. He said there was no charge. This is how stores used to be before it turned all corporate. They were very kind, and the service was top-notch. Next time I need any jewelry needs, this will be my first stop. They just earned a customer.

Absolutely amazing people to work with! My husband brought his grandfathers ring in to be resized and destined and they did absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. They were quick with the job and customer service skills were nothing less than perfect!
