I have been doing business with this company for many years and I just love them. They're so professional and efficient. I never have to wait for service. I read some of the negative reviews and I personally know you can't please everyone but sometimes it's just best to ignore ignorance. It's hard to imagine that I would constantly return to a bad business. Sometimes we can have a bad day or a bad experience. Sometimes we get what we give. I stand by my original statement that these people are super, just need to humble ourselves sometimes and realize no one is perfect

I've used them multiple times. Good manure compost at a good price. Also purchased Washed sand for the base of above ground pool. $26 for a yard which is way cheaper than the $120 buying 20 bags at Home Depot. Good customer service. Friendly people. I will continue to use them for future projects.

This business is next to a cement company. I wasn't happy with my first impression. The fence between the two is only a chain link fence. The cement truck was being rinsed out and it was parked right next to the fence where I was going to park!! I had to quickly move as I didn't want the cement splashing in my car!! There isn't any parking lot. It's only sand/dirt, gravel road. The majority of customers are workmen in their large trucks so they fly in and don't care about small cars in their way. Very unsettling so be advised! Their selection for decorative rock is limited. 8 was only able to purchase the stacks to hold down the weed barrier for my project.

I was there on a church-related children's outing, but I did learn that they will accept all manner of tree related trash even leaves. You just have to take your bags home with you. That's a great way to dispose of the waste and not fill the landfills with leaf debris!

I built several raised beds and vertical garden containers this year and buying the soil in bags from a chain store would have cost me over $600. I was able to get a larger quantity and have it delivered for only $205. The beds and towers look great and seeds are germinating now. If I would not have been to lazy to drive my trailer over, it would have only been $95, 15% of the chain store cost.

Aways a good place to go for landscaping supplies and materials. Tons of room for big and small vehicles, even on the busiest of days.

I do not recommend this company for the following reasons: 1. They advertise products that do not match what they deliver. 2. If any issues arise with your order, customer support is dismissive and unhelpful. I ordered Texas Blend and River Rock from this company due to its proximity. The advertised images and descriptions showcased tan and brown tones, but what I received was a completely different color—more of a grayish-white. The delivery driver initially claimed the rocks were just dusty, but it quickly became clear that this was their natural color. When I contacted the company, they offered a refund if I returned the rocks. Since I had paid for delivery, I asked them to arrange pickup. They refused, stating that the owner needed to review the issue but was on vacation. After two weeks of follow-ups, the owner finally responded but was reluctant to acknowledge any mistake. Instead, he suggested I broom-wash the rocks to bring out their colors. After testing this method with no success, I requested either a fair resolution or for them to take the rock back. Their final response was that "color may vary" and that I could return the rock myself for a refund—but only if I self-loaded. They refused to take any further action. While this company maintains a positive public image, particularly in Helotes where I reside, my experience suggests otherwise. Since I dealt directly with the owner, this was not just an employee mistake. If you are considering doing business with "The New Burnin Bush" or "The Burnin Bush," I strongly recommend researching them further. Interestingly, two similarly named companies operate from the same address—one with a philanthropic reputation and another engaging in misleading advertising. I regret not reading more reviews beforehand and hope this helps others make an informed decision.
