What a wonderful and painless experience on having to have my vehicle towed! During a stressful time on trying to figure out where, how much, and what to do when your vehicle breaks down and you’re from out town, Toby and his team were professional, we were able to schedule a towing time, and they were on-time. Thank you so very much for such great customer service and taking good care of my vehicle!

I don't know how I found this company, but I'm glad I did. Terrific customer service, great communication, timely pick up and delivery along with awesome rates for a state to state tow. Definitely recommend.

Me, my best friend, and our 5 children got stranded in AL at 1am. I called roadside assistance and 2.5 hours later, they called back and said they called over 45 different providers but no one would come out to where we were. They said I could call someone local and they’d reimburse me. What a joke! Toby was the first person we called and I am so glad he was able to come out to us. He was polite, professional, and arrived to us in 40 mins. Real stand up guy, and so grateful that he came to the rescue when quite literally no one else would.

I am so grateful to Burnham Towing! I was on my way home to GA from MS, and I was unable to dodge a cinder block that fell from the back of the truck on the left lane. I immediately pulled over to the shoulder on the right. I began to try to change my front passenger tire because I noticed it was flat, but then, I noticed my back passenger tire was also flat. Stranded in a state with no family in, I felt hopeless. Following my incident, 5 other cars fell victim to this cinder block, which I was able to move out of the road and oncoming traffic. After calling my dad, I called Burnham Towing, which they were quick to respond and came to assist me. They helped me find a Walmart with an open Auto Care Center despite the late hours, and they stayed with me to make sure my car was being worked on before leaving me. To the lovely couple at Burnham Towing, thank you for your huge support and kindness! And to the people affected by this road hazard, I hope y’all are safe and sound!

I had locked my keys accidentally in my 86 Safari for two days. The call was made today. Brandon showed up when they said. He was polite and attentive and did a great job. Thank you again. Not enough stars.

I had called several towing companies to try to get my daughter's car towed from New Orleans back home (Montgomery). Someone tried to steal it and destroyed the inside. Burnham was quick with a response and left quickly to go pick it up. They texted me updates along the way and texted me a picture at 615 a.m. when they dropped the car off. I cannot recommend them enough!! Call them - you will be glad you did.

Driver was friendly and professional, wait was less than an hour on a Saturday night, price was fair I would call again if need be
