Don't disappoint yourself to engage with this service - they would only tell you 'go find someone else coz I'm too busy with something' in 2 weeks after your initial booking, when the septic tank was full.

I don't want to write this review but recently experienced extremely poor customer service after having my grease trap cleaned. Despite informing Rebecca about improper cleaning, she suggested I call a plumber to ensure the trap was functioning well. The plumber confirmed that the trap wasn't cleaned correctly. When I requested for a re-cleaning, the company advised me to seek a different service provider and offered a refund, which I didn't ask for. I simply wanted them to come back and fix the job. They have refunded my the service fees

This company needs to be careful who the employee to drive on our roads today and griegs leakes rd intersection very careless actions overtaking myself ute and truck doing well above 80km could have caused a very series accident not happy at all. Think about who you could possibly kill on the rd just because you don't want to slow down remember you have your business name on your truck

If I could rate a 0 I would. I am pregnant, tired and working 7 days a week, I called them to ask why they are starting work at 5am in the morning in a RESIDENTIAL AREA right next to a house mind you. The first time she apologised, the next she told me to call Greater Western Water. NOW they come every morning at 5am, I am sure to be spiteful. This truck is loud I’m sure the whole neighbourhood can hear it, they have no regard for the residents in the area. Such a horrible company, I’m sure if you were being woken up at 5am every morning you would feel the same. I understand you are trying to do your job, but have some respect for the people who pay their taxes/bills and most likely paying for this.

Booked the service for 9am, driver rocked up at 8 am and expected me at the shop for him. I told him about the booked time which was 9, i mentioned about me on my way, and then he was trying to persuade me to rebook the service. he was telling me that since i am on the traffic, i will be late. i told him that i will be there at 9. Later on he told me that he has another job in geelong and he has to go. I rang his company and the lady told me off. It seems like these people doesn’t know the value of our time. they think their time is valuable but they undermine our time. very unreliable, unprofessional and rude people in the business. Please dont use this business, save yourself a hassle

On time, told us exactly the time they would be here and removed the waste..

Team at Burglar Waste are fantastic. Nothing is ever a hassle, communication is 10/10 & jobs are booked & completed without fault!

If I could rate this business 6 stars, I would! Absolute top notch service with very competitive rates. Keep up the good work!

Can't trust a team that goes 80-85 KM/h in the right lane on the western ring road when it's currently 100 KM/h. Keep left unless over taking.
