I live 2.5 hours from here. I ordered from here because I was previously advised that this is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. My parents were going to be in the area today so yesterday I placed an order for them to pick it up before 5pm. My mom just called me and told me they said the warehouse closes at 4pm. This was not noted anywhere on the ordering screen nor on the confirmation email. My parents left 1.5 hours early so they could stop at this destination. When called I asked if there was anything they could do, I was advised the front desk people can’t go into the warehouse because it’s a liability. I’d leave 0 stars for lack of and poor communication coupled with no willingness to make a creative solution.

In the website it says, please allow 24 hours for your to ready. The order was placed on 2/10 At 12:44pm. My parents were picking up the bottle at 4:30pm. This is over 24 hours of notice. This is another poor communication on your part.
After I called and was told there was nothing that could be done, so your female representative told me they would cancel the order. For some reason, immediately after the call, I received an email that says my order is now ‘awaiting fulfillment’. Not only was the 24 hour guarantee on the website not upheld, no one communicated to me that my order wasn’t ready.
I would be happy to update my review if management can reach out to me and we come to an agreeable resolution.
