Buona Notte was a fantastic choice for dinner with my three friends. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the tiramisu was heavenly! Fun fact: they use family recipes passed down for generations. The only downside? It was a bit noisy, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. A night to remember!

The staff is amazing —especially Hugo and Gabriela. I tried the lobster ravioli, which was absolutely delicious. The espresso crème brûlée was also really good. Highly recommend! (One of the best espresso martini I have ever had in NYC)

We loved the pizza and pasta. Good vegetarian options. The ambience was great. We went Sunday evening, so it wasn't too busy and we were able to have a nice meal with some good chitchat by the window. Definitely recommend it.

Pasta was more delicious than what I had when I was in Italy! Highly recommend burrata & cherry tomatoes, calamari that was perfectly fried and tender, the pesto pasta added burrata, and the tortellini alla vodka were delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Service was fantastic! Will be returning next time when in NYC.

This Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing! I had the pizza and spaghetti & mussels, and both were incredible. They were so delicious that I couldn’t even take a photo before they were gone!

We had an amazing dinner here tonight. Not only was the service amazing but so was the food and atmosphere. We dined in the back garden by request, had the most amazing Italian meal I've had outside of Italy! Absolutely recommend eating here! We had the fried mozzarella, lasagna, espresso and great desserts!

A fantastic venue with a simple menu. Was a bit skeptical at first but that slowly changed starting with my first sip of the Sauvignon Blanc & bread dipped in olive oil. Great wine & bread are usually the precursor for a spectacular meal to follow. My niece devoured the Rigatoni Alla Carbonara. After a bite of the White Spaccatelli, I envisioned standing at the Pearly Gates for a moment 😇. This is a top tier place to wine & dine! Diego the Maitre D made it even more wonderful 👍👍. The backyard garden is absolutely gorgeous & romanticized. 1/5/24 JUST SUPERB 🥇🥇 1/29/25 Ran into Tommy & a had a glass of Cabernet 🙏🏻 2/8/25 Espresso Brûlée is exquisite

Was there Saturday afternoon? Not much on the menu. Ordered muscles cold antipast absolutely horrible,, spaghettis and clam sauce spaghetti's carbonara, absolutely horrible, very, very salty. Would never recommend this Restaurant outside dining in the back table clothes dirty, i asked the if it was different owners, he said no I was there about 3 years ago and the food was great. I would never go back again. If I could, I would rate them as zero

Greetings all, after our tour of the abandoned Old City Hall Subway Station, we decided to head over to Mulberry Street in Little Italy. It was fun watching the restaurant personnel compete with each other by attempting to coax people into their restaurant as they walk past by kindly gesturing: “where do you want to dine, inside or outside?” Some restaurants have been opened for 40 years, and others, even longer. We chose this place because of the reviews :) and glad we did. There was no coaxing to dine with them, just a courteous gentleman patiently waiting to answer any questions posed. We were immediately seated by a window, all the staff members were friendly and attentive. Our server answered my questions and when in doubt, checked with the kitchen and got back to me… a big plus in my book. The place was clean, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. We commenced with sharing an appetizer; Italian Antipasto Freddo; A sample plate decorated with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, soppressata, reggiano parmigiano, green olives, and roasted red peppers sitting on a radicchio leaf (all good except the sliced tomato, which tasted more like a potato… but in their defense, it seems not easy to find decent ones in NY lately). Next, were our entrées; Risotto - Mushrooms & Taleggio; arborio rice, wild mushrooms, herbs and reggiano, which became my new favorite mushroom risotto dish, it was cooked to perfection, just delicious, the flavors were perfectly balanced and with plenty of mushrooms. My mouth still waters just thinking about it. The other entrée was Gnocchi al Pesto- Basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmigiano cheese and olive oil, also very good. The Sauce was just the right consistency a harmonic blend between pine nuts and herbs. Last was Desert, a nice size serving of Panna Cotta - (Creamy sugar dessert flavored with real Tahiti vanilla beans, delicate body aided by gelatin, and topped with mixed berry confiture). Exquisite taste with a fresh strawberry confiture. The complimentary made on premises focaccia bread for dipping in olive oil and balsamic reduction was a nice touch. The manager, Betul was amazing, she was friendly and personable, she checked on us frequently and gave us a brief history about the restaurant. It’s very evident that she really enjoys her job and genuinely cares about the customers experience. What a delightful experience and good conversation, we will be visiting again for the risotto… and to try new dishes :) Thank you for the hospitality, Betul. See you soon :)

Our server was very attentive. The food was ok. The pasta was too thick for my preference. Traditional marinara sauce is actually a thinner sauce. The flavor, however, was good. Unfortunately, they were out of my choice for desert. The restaurant has many 5 star reviews, so it's definitely worth a try.
