A hybrid dish made from a traditional Roman and Tuscan stuffed focaccia with homemade sauces, like mushrooms, truffle, artichoke, pistachio, Gorgonzola, parmigiano, olives, pecorino, walnuts and more, blending pizza and sandwich flavors. Despite its ancient origins, it's now being offered at Buona Notte, New York's Little Italy neighborhood with traditional yet evolving ingredients.
