Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy

This review is not for the practice Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy itself since my child never had services here. Rather I am giving five stars and writing a review for their recent hire Stephanie who is a speech language pathologist. Stephanie was treating my child for speech delay for 18 months. Under her care, she had significantly helped my child improved in this area. Stephanie is skilled, compassionate and has a bubbly personality. My child was always happy to see her for the appointments. My child still ask about Ms. Stephanie from time to time. If you are looking for a great speech language pathologist, make sure to request Stephanie. You won't be disappointed. We would had like to follow her but this practice is too far from where we live.

We have been working with "Ms. Kim" for a few months and she is absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate that Kim scaffolds her therapy to match our child's needs in the moment. We love that our kiddo is challenged during her sessions but still is so excited to go to Bumble for her Occupational Therapy each week.

The team at Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy is amazing! My son worked with Alexa, and she was wonderful — so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He’s thriving, and I’m grateful for her expertise. I highly recommend Bumblebee to any family looking for extra support for their little one.

We have had an amazing experience at Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy! In particular, Alexa is fantastic - she is thoughtful, patient, and best of all, we've seen incredible improvement since taking our child to see her! We are very grateful to have found Bumblebee and highly recommend them to others.

Alex and Kim are amazing! They both took the time to really listen to my mom worries with my 15 month old's speech and sensory challenges. Then they gave me tangible speech and sensory activities to do with my son and a follow up plan. I felt so much more confident as a mother after their hearing their expertise.

There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for Bumblebee. Alexa, Kavita, and Katie are some of the best PT & OT therapists I’ve ever had my son work with. My 18 month old son completed a 3 week PT/OT intensive at Bumblebee and he was able to make much improvement in such a short amount of time. They helped to improve his balance and coordination, use of his pincher grasp, and helped him with more meaningful play. They also went out of their way to help my son with feeding suggestions to help improve his reflux. You can tell that everyone at Bumblebee truly cares about the child(ren) they are working with. I’m forever grateful for Alexa, Kavita, & Katie and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Bumblebee is a phenomenal practice! We leveraged their expertise for occupational therapy for our son, and Kavita Cherry addressed and resolved all desired outcomes even faster and more effectively than anticipated. She ensured our son felt comfortable with the goals and the pace, which resulted in a strong collaborative approach and an empowered, successful child. Thank you, Kavita and Bumblebee!

Five stars isn't enough for this place! All THREE of my kiddos have been to bumblebee and each time I loved it more and more. Alex and Kim are the absolute dream team. Always going above and beyond. In constant communication with you to understand goals and progress. And your kids biggest cheerleaders! My kids exploded in growth under their care and I really cannot recommend them enough. On a practical level, they are so respectful of your investment and resources. To our family their services were invaluable. They have clear goals and measurements for treatment course--which they constantly review with you. I only wish I been more prepared as I saw the explosive progress in my kids that our time was coming to an end soon. We will all miss seeing them on a weekly basis but I couldn't be more impressed or grateful for what they did for my kids. Utterly amazing humans and practice!

My son Robert and I participate in a weekly music class with Mr. Jakob, and I am just so thankful. Robert (two years old) has a slight speech delay and is an only, yet outgoing, child. I wanted to galvanize on his interest in music while working on his language skills and having an outlet each weekend for socializing. First and foremost, Mr. Jakob is an excellent teacher. Each class has a theme, and is beautifully facilitated with a range of engaging activities and songs, yet letting the children flow naturally with what sparks interests. The participants get to engage with new musical instruments and songs, sparking their interest in the sounds and rhythms. Each week I can see my son learning new skills, enjoying something new, growing in confidence, and having so much fun. Also, after class, Mr. Jakob sends a follow up email that goes over what we learned and how we can reinforce the lesson at home. This is particularly useful for us because it gives us topics to talk about and things practice. A million stars would not be enough. I want to keep coming back!
