When I needed a concrete addition, I found Juan and his team responsive, timely, and professional. Juan quickly scheduled a site visit when I called and when visiting we discussed the scope, potential for hidden issues, and agreed to potential solutions in the event the issues materialized. His bid was competitive with several other contractors. When it was time to complete the work, Juan and his team were on time, diligent, and committed to the quality of their product. They also clearly communicated what we should and should not do immediately after the job to protect the quality. Juan and his brother Luis did an excellent job created a concrete driveway, walkway, paver stone pathway and extended the driveway all the way to our backyard studio with limestone gravel. The photos don’t do it justice! I’ve included the before photo. They were also receptive to our feedback and adjustments through the process, they worked diligently over the course of a few weeks and they took about 4 fulldays in total (they had to do just a day or two at a time to avoid rain and let the concrete set). They made my vision come to life!
