Bullhead has been amazing in helping us fix the foundation on our home. The soil around and under our home is hard to work with and presented some challenges but Seth and his team figured it out. There were a few hiccups on timing and manufacturing but these were communicated to us promptly and solutions were offered. The job took longer than anticipated but It was well worth the wait. Our home is no longer sinking on one side and the entire team at Bullhead has been nothing but professional. I would highly recommend using them for your foundation repairs.

We unexpectedly met Seth at a home show when we stopped at his booth to see what we might need for our new home. On display were some heavy duty steel pipe and other mechanical devices used to hoist up sinking structures. I didn’t think we needed such service yet we engaged and discovered not all soil is the same and even new homes if built on unsuitable or improperly compacted soil can begin to have stability problems within the first year. He freely offered a home inspection at no cost to us. Although we thought this folly, his sincerity and knowledge so impressed us we took up his offer. Three days later he arrives with equipment that takes laser measurements of the entire home. Fortunately our foundation proved to be within the tolerance levels and needed no improvements. We got peace of mind that we built on solid ground. I have no reservations recommending Bullhead Foundation Repair to any home owner who suspects foundation issues and even to folks like us with a new build without any indication of a faulty foundation. Great service by Seth. We needed information about moisture intrusion into the crawl space of a home we had inspected in St. George. On very short notice, Seth came out. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on the soil type and its characteristics. He recommended someone who could install some vents for us. He refused any payment for his time (at least an hour.) Friendly, knowledgeable and more than fair. What more could you ask for? Great experience.
