This company worked on my HVAC system several months before I purchased my home in December 2024. Since moving in, I’ve repeatedly found issues with the system and have had to spend thousands of dollars on repairs for an HVAC unit that is only about a year old. I’ve attempted to contact the company several times, but no one answers the phone or returns calls. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but after the ongoing problems and costs, I feel it’s important for others to be aware of my experience.

Bullet Proof replaced a heating system that was 12 years old and had died. We received prompt service, an excellent, competitive quote and a great installation. Communication was quick and accurate. No disappointments. Bullet Proof may be one of the smaller HVAC companies in the area, but they are proof that the little guys try harder. Highly recommend!

I've been using Bulletproof HVAC for all of my residential needs for about 5 years now. John and his technicians are TOP notch! I've had my furnace fail in the middle of the winter on the coldest of nights. I made a call and John came right out,...I mean on the same day too! He gave me a time,..& actually arrived sooner then scheduled. Most recently,...( Last Thursday morning, February 13, 2025) I awoke to get ready for work at 3 am and found that my hot water heater blew apart. Water shooting out the bottom of my mobile home ,..What a mess! Water everywhere. I ran outside at 3 am to find the water shut off under my trailer & shut the main supply off. I was in a major panic as you can imagine!! It was raining, cold, & the ground was still covered with snow that morning. I text him at 6 am. He got right back to me. He said he'd be out between 3-4 in the afternoon because he was on another job,..but he'd be at my place that day!! At 1 pm in the afternoon he called me. Billy I finished up early on my present job & I'm on my way now Buddy! Wow,....Same Day Service!!!! He identified the problem, contacted the manufacturer of my water heater and found out that it was still under warranty. He removed my bad unit & went & picked up the new unit. He did ALL the warranty leg work with the manufacturer on the phone of the failed unit. That By Itself Saved Me $600-$800,..then installed the new unit in my home,.....ALL In Under 3 Hours!!!! Wow,..Just Wow! He could have just pocketed that warranty money and I would have never known about it. Talk about someone with Integrity & Honesty!!! You don't see that kind of Character with businesses these days. He kept reassuring me that everything was gonna be ok! He knows I'm a 60 year old struggling Veteran, with some health issues, that works 6-7 days a week to try to make ends meet, & that lives alone with just 1 income. YES,.....He Gave Me A Veterans Discount On Top Of Everything Else! He had his newest technician Will with him on this service call. Will is only 20 years old , but this young man was soooo respectful and reassuring that things would be ok. I can't say enough Great things about John & his company! 5 out 5 ⭐'s!! Thanks Again John! We had a very positive experience with John and Chris from Bullet Proof installing a tankless water heater. John arrived on time to look at our existing setup and within an hour furnished a competitive price quote. The install was professionally done with no mess and high quality copper plumbing. The team had state of the art tools including a core drill for running air intake vent through concrete foundation wall, and completed the tank removal and install of the new unit efficiently.

Hired them to replace oil heating system. They did the job fast and same week. The price was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
