We paid for a tow from an accident and never received an invoice. The invoice is needed for repayment from insurance. We have called multiple times. He answered once, heard it was me and hung up. No return call. No return texts. Very shady business. Do not recommend. Edit to add: They responded to this review with false information, but will not return phone calls or texts. The receipt for payment of services is still needed.

My vehicle was towed and impounded yesterday. Jason was beyond gracious and kind to allow my friend to drive my vehicle home before towing it, allowing Him to remove his items from the vehicle and not have to walk with it. Ive never seen that done. The process to pick up was quick and easy. He accepted cash which was convenient.

Very unprofessional company. They would not provide a paid invoice to our company for a truck we paid to recover from their lot. They have stopped answering the phone when I call. I had a driver call from a different cell number and they answered; they hung up on me when I got on the phone. Can you not provide a paid invoice because you're a shady business?

They charge excessively, and raise cars without having jurisdiction. I make a complaint to SC Department of Consumer. The comet is that I live in a parking lot and it is not allowed, but the contract does not tell me that it was not allowed, there are more cars in the grass of other trailers and why only my car. And all you want is for me to pay you in cash. , why not with a card or check. In case you don't report cash payments on taxes. I leave you the images of the contract and other cars

1st class all the way around. Needed an emergency tow, and arrived to me in less than 15mins. Polite, professional, and punctual. Highly recommend!!!

Driver answered when our transmission went out while driving home. We had 3 kids and a dog. Said he was on his way. We called to check his ETA after about 30 minutes as we were coordinating getting transportation. No answer. Called again at 40 minutes no answer. At an hour my husband called from a different phone. He answered then hung up when he realized we were the same family. Didn’t even extend the courtesy to say he wasn’t coming. DO NOT USE this company.

Called Bulldog to have an abandoned vehicle removed from a rental property I own, called who I suspect is the owner around 530pm and he said he would be over to get it after he meets someone at his lot and he would call me, so I waited 45 minutes, no phone call, I tried calling again went straight to voicemail, called again 15min later, straight to voicemail. Never heard from him so I called a better more reputable company and they came right away. I wasted over an hour waiting on Bulldog Towing. Their communication skills are not the best and customer service isn't good either!

I called to get my car towed on Thanksgiving. When the guy answered he was rude and just hung up on me. I thought it lost signal so I called back, and he just sent my calls to voicemail. I called from my 2nd phone and got through. I began to explain that I think we lost connection and he just hung up on me again. This place isn’t worthy of any stars. If I could rate 0star I would

Called many tow companies and they said our truck was to big for them to tow, but not for Jeremy. He went to assess the situation and said it wouldn't be a problem at all. We don't live in the area, so I asked for his professional opinion on what to do with our truck. He referred us to a transmission specialist that had our truck fixed within a day. I highly recommend his towing service because he is very professional and reasonably priced. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for caring about the customer.

Great service!! Had a flat tire and Bulldog towing came to me within an hour and helped save me some money because a different tire company tried ripping me off. They towed my car and changed my tire quickly with the most reasonable price! They were also friendly and easy to work with! 10/10 I recommend !
