We had the pleasure of working with Built Construction for a significant ~90sqm extension on our home, creating a separate dwelling. From start to finish, their professionalism and commitment to quality were truly impressive. The quality of the finish on our extension is simply amazing. This was incredibly important to us, and we observed firsthand how dedicated Josh, our on-site manager, was to achieving excellence. If he wasn't happy with something, he'd ensure it was rectified or redone, guaranteeing a high standard. Josh's knowledge and expertise made us feel completely confident throughout the build. The entire team at Built Construction demonstrated exceptional commitment. Michael, the owner, was readily available for any escalations and proactively engaged in crucial decisions on-site, offering valuable insights. Leon kept us incredibly well-informed with detailed and timely progress reports, outlining upcoming plans, which was invaluable. Like any large project, minor issues arose, but Built Construction handled them with remarkable efficiency and integrity. When a discrepancy in the architectural drawings emerged, Josh quickly collaborated with the architect to devise a new, effective solution. Similarly, when a waterproofing issue arose with a subcontractor, Built Construction immediately stepped in, managed the situation, and ensured the work was completed to the correct quality. Their proactive approach to problem-solving truly set them apart. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which significantly reduced any stress associated with such a large undertaking. While the project took a bit longer than initially estimated, we were absolutely fine with this, as consistent progress and uncompromised quality were our top priorities, and Built Construction delivered on both fronts. For an extension of our size, Built Construction was the perfect fit. They scaled their team appropriately, with a larger crew when needed and a focused 2-3 person team for much of the work. We wholeheartedly recommend Built Construction for anyone considering a significant building project. Their dedicated team, commitment to quality, and excellent communication make them an outstanding choice.

Very knowledgeable and professional outfit. Recently we had to replace our deck which had been damaged by a slip in the bank which the deck was upon Built Construction led a complex build involving Geotech engineers, Structural engineers, architects, and of course the WCC consents. Led by Matt Pankhurst and supported by Leonn Eliott, Built Construction managed the project from start to finish. On time and budget. Looks great. Great people. I recommend Built Construction.

We have done a number or renovations over the years and experienced a range of builders. Recently however we reach out for a builder to complete a double car port for us. After some discussions with several builders we settled on Built. Through the quoting process they were professional, easy to talk to and listened to us in regards to what we needed. Like any build once underway there are unknowns and hurdles but the workers etc were very professional and Matt kept me informed through the whole build. We engaged Matt and team to build a gate and timber fence and were great from the start - very responsive and professional. This was after we were left disappointed by a number of other builders. We were after something pretty basic, but through their ideas they turned it into something which was far beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend Matt and team.

Professional and reliable builder. Focused on a quality result and a pleasure to deal with. Our car deck wasn’t an easy job but Matt made sure that the build progressed as smoothly as possible, dealing with council and keeping us informed throughout the process, while keeping a close eye on quality and timelines.
