We had the pleasure of working with Built Construction for a significant ~90sqm extension on our home, creating a separate dwelling. From start to finish, their professionalism and commitment to quality were truly impressive. The quality of the finish on our extension is simply amazing. This was incredibly important to us, and we observed firsthand how dedicated Josh, our on-site manager, was to achieving excellence. If he wasn't happy with something, he'd ensure it was rectified or redone, guaranteeing a high standard. Josh's knowledge and expertise made us feel completely confident throughout the build. The entire team at Built Construction demonstrated exceptional commitment. Michael, the owner, was readily available for any escalations and proactively engaged in crucial decisions on-site, offering valuable insights. Leon kept us incredibly well-informed with detailed and timely progress reports, outlining upcoming plans, which was invaluable. Like any large project, minor issues arose, but Built Construction handled them with remarkable efficiency and integrity. When a discrepancy in the architectural drawings emerged, Josh quickly collaborated with the architect to devise a new, effective solution. Similarly, when a waterproofing issue arose with a subcontractor, Built Construction immediately stepped in, managed the situation, and ensured the work was completed to the correct quality. Their proactive approach to problem-solving truly set them apart. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which significantly reduced any stress associated with such a large undertaking. While the project took a bit longer than initially estimated, we were absolutely fine with this, as consistent progress and uncompromised quality were our top priorities, and Built Construction delivered on both fronts. For an extension of our size, Built Construction was the perfect fit. They scaled their team appropriately, with a larger crew when needed and a focused 2-3 person team for much of the work. We wholeheartedly recommend Built Construction for anyone considering a significant building project. Very knowledgeable and professional outfit. Built recently completed a multi million $ renovation including a large retaining wall, full residential home renovation, deck addition and construction of pool and spa structure on a steep slope.
