Robert came over to look at my basement project today and we were incredibly impressed by his attention to detail and transparency. Initially we were interested wrapping our heads around a foundation moisture issue in our project, and Robert went above and beyond following up with outside experts while he was here, to ultimately give us direction instead of overselling us on the project. This type ethics is not common in contractors I've worked with but is incredibly valuable. As a homeowner, this is what above and beyond looks like.
