After my tenant moved out of my studio it was time for a complete revamp. The guys from Buildwise came over, were on time and made an assessment of what needs to be done. they then provided a quote fairly fast. They have taken care of full painting, deep cleaning, pest control, regrouting of the floor and bathroom tiles, a new bath tub, new shower, glass divider on the bath tub, new bathroom fittings, new hintches on all closets, full Ac duct cleaning, new false sealings in the bathroom and kitchen, some new Electricity plug points and even installed new curtains and have kept me updated throughout the works with pitcures. Pricing is really fair but most importantly i was happy with the efficient communication and the feeling the overall feeling that i was in good hands and not being ripped. Would absolutely recommend.
