Builders Commonwealth collaborated closely with licensed State of Minnesota structural engineers to ensure the structure not only met but exceeded all code requirements. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail, especially in the custom interior finishes, were truly exceptional. While the additional work was time-consuming and costly, it dramatically improved the quality, durability, and beauty of our home.
