The homeowner wanted to move away from safe neutrals and embrace a retro modern aesthetic. We leaned into a daring palette of sunflower yellow and burnt orange, creating a space that feels like a permanent shot of espresso. By painting the cabinet insets and accent walls, we highlighted the architectural lines of the kitchen while grounding the look with the classic checkered floor.
