Build it Hoedspruit

Worst customer service of any building supply company I've ever been to. They always have excuses for why deliveries haven't been completed, and their delivery fees are exorbitant! Rather try a building supply company from The Oaks, their delivery charges are either free or very reasonable. Hi Henry, the reasons for my complaint are set out above, I spent a small fortune in your store, and though your staff were polite, the service was terrible, and I'm sure you are aware of the ridiculous prices you charge for delivery.

Staff were great but unfortunately they only had one toilet cistern kit for my make of toilet. That ended up being faulty after being installed by licensed plumber and developed a different leak. It took time to get in new supplies. I ended up getting plumber to go ahead and fix it as could not wait. Staff were great at giving me a full cash refund but in the end I was out allot more money than planned with three plumber call out fees.

Bought 15 bags mixcreat fri ,when I wanted to load thy did not have in stock. They promised to deliver. They never did. Sat morning I drove there and I had to wait for they still had had so mix and pack. Taking into account I hired workers and a concrete mixer for doing the job. This is not on.

The most reasonably priced hardware store in Hoedspruit. If they don't have it they will order it in for you. Very efficient.

Some employee are very nice but not all of them unfortunately. Prices are reasonnable
