Worst customer service of any building supply company I've ever been to. They always have excuses for why deliveries haven't been completed, and their delivery fees are exorbitant! Rather try a building supply company from The Oaks, their delivery charges are either free or very reasonable. Hi Henry, the reasons for my complaint are set out above, I spent a small fortune in your store, and though your staff were polite, the service was terrible, and I'm sure you are aware of the ridiculous prices you charge for delivery.

Customer service is not bad, but getting sold thing's not in stock is not a good idea, delivery of items is reasonably pathetic, lots of promises and no action
