We use Bugs Skips every week. They offer great prices, deliver on time, and all the staff are very friendly. The owner is a genuine person. Definitely recommend them. Thanks for the great service!

Can't fault the service - easy to book, reasonably priced, spoke twice to the office and they were really polite and professional. Drivers were dead nice.

When I booked the skip online I thought it possibly sounded a bit too good to be true. For a good sized skip it was around £100 cheaper than any other company I could find locally and the price was no different for up to 5 day hire. On the date I had booked the skip to arrive it came promptly at 8 am and was left conveniently exactly where we asked. It was then collected again promptly 5 days later again exactly as was asked. No hassle, no hidden fees, friendly driver. Cant really ask for any better than that. Its made the house clearance before we move so much easier and I'd definitely recommend and use again in future.

No issues getting the skip delivered but trying to get it collected again is another story. They just don’t seem to want to collect it again even when the hire period is up! 2 days in a row they have assured me that it’ll be collected and it hasn’t been - no communication from them at all, I’ve had to constantly contact them only to be assured that the skip is being collected that day and then it isn’t!

We chose this company for the reviews and good value for money. Unfortunately, we are disappointed for the poor customer service. The skip was not delivered on time and we had to follow it up for it to be delivered on the day of order. It was supposed to be for 24 hours and after 5 days that they have not collected it, we followed up with them and was answered by an unfriendly individual over the phone. She seemed annoyed. NOT RECOMMENDING this company.

So this morning I was calling round the local skip companies for quotes for our garden clearance. On my walk this morning I see a skip lorry driving through the village (Bocking), I thought excellent another company I can request a quote from. It stopped right next to me so I was about to take the number down, to only see our neighbour was driving up the street (her right of way) and couldn't drive up any further as she was blocked by cars driving down behind this skip hire vehicle (they possibly thought he was parked as he wasn't indicating), so naturally she signalled this Bugg skip hire truck to pull further down to a larger space so she could pass. For the driver to refuse and then proceed to verbally abuse her while throwing his hands up, so she had to mount the pavement to pass the cars behind. If he'd only checked his mirrors and moved down, there was also no need for the verbal altercation. There was a newborn in the car and it's really tight even being on the pavement, there was no need to force her to mount it. Based on the unprofessional behaviour of this driver we will be steering clear of this company and telling others to do the same. You trust these people to be professional drivers and our driveway isn't the widest so if he cannot use his mirrors I wouldn't trust him on my property and I was quite shocked by his behaviour.

Great company - quick to respond and all drivers have been very professional and helpful. Particularly as we have a narrow entrance but they make light work of it! Happy to recommend.
